Application
The medium and low temperature carbonization furnace is specially designed for carbonization of fiber materials below 1150°C. The design of the furnace takes full account of the requirements of the carbon fiber preparation process.
Features
The design temperature is 300~1150°C , and the temperature gradient is formed from low to high to make the pyrolysis process progressive. The unique gas path system, labyrinth type gas curtain, oxygen content ≤10ppm in the jaw of the furnace, and the exhaust gas discharge system can make the large amount of exhaust gas and tar produced by the pyrolysis, instantly discharged outside the furnace chamber.
Water cooling device is set at the outlet end to cool the fiber to below 500°C into the outer space to prevent oxidation.
