Application
The hot air circulation debinding furnace is specially designed for the debinding process of fine zirconia, alumina and dielectric ceramics. It can realize product debinding and secondary purification of exhaust gas, which can perfectly realize the debinding process.
Features
1. Working temperature RT-550℃.
2. Hot air circulation structure with uniform temperature field and adjustable wind speed.
3. Integrated design, easy to operate.
4. 6pcs K indexing thermocouple layout all-round monitoring, 1 temperature control 5 temperature measurement, temperature recorder online display, record.
5. 0.1 level precision program temperature control instrument temperature control, PID parameters self-tuning, over-temperature, under-temperature, broken couples alarm protection.
6. The furnace chamber and material tray are all made of alloy heat-resistant plate, which is resistant to high temperature and corrosion, and the internal cleanliness of the furnace chamber is high.
7. Complete protection function, degreasing and explosion-proof system, over-temperature protection function, over-temperature automatic power off.
8. The furnace door adopts double-layer convex and concave sealing structure, with reliable sealing effect and no heat leakage.
