Applications
It is mainly designed for the integrated process of debinding and pre-sintering of fine ceramic components of aluminum nitride, silicon nitride, alumina, zirconia, dielectric ceramics, and also for the debinding, pre-sintering and sintering process of other electronic components such as ceramic powder materials, ceramic cores, magnetic materials, LTCC,MLCC, NTC, NFC, ceramic cores, etc.
The unique thermal field control method makes the temperature field uniformity of low temperature debinding and high temperature pre-sintering excellent, which ensures the temperature field uniformity required for both debinding and sintering process sections.
Features
1. Maximum temperature of 1100℃ and 1300℃ (two models of temperature are available)
2. Double system heat field control mode, low temperature hot air circulation and high temperature five-sided heat radiation combination control.
3. When low-temperature debinding, the interior of the furnace chamber uses preheated air circulation to ensure the uniformity of the temperature field needed for debinding.
4. When high temperature pre-sintering and sintering, the furnace chamber adopts five-sided heating method to ensure the uniformity of temperature field required for pre-sintering and sintering.
5. The heating element wears corundum tube, which is easy to install, maintain and replace.
6. Open the door and power off, close the door and power on, more safety
7. Over-temperature protection function, when the temperature exceeds the allowable setting value, the power is automatically cut off.
8. Safety protection, when the furnace body leakage automatic power off.
