Applications
FXL series five-sided heating chamber sintering furnace is mainly designed for electronic components, ceramic parts, magnetic materials, powder metallurgy, metal materials, NFC, NTC, ceramic cores, ceramic heaters, advanced ceramic materials such as de-bonding, pre-fire and sintering process, kanthal electric heating wire spiral wound corundum tube five-sided heating, excellent uniformity of temperature field.
Features
1. Maximum temperature of 1100℃ and 1300℃ (two models of temperature are available);
2. furnace chamber volume from experimental to industrial production, volume 15L ~ 700L optional;
3. Intelligent programmable temperature control instrument, which can edit, store and call multiple programs;
4. Over-temperature protection function, automatic power off when the temperature exceeds the allowed setting value;
5. Safety protection, automatic power off when the furnace body leakage;
6. Open the door and power off, high security;
7. five-sided heating, excellent uniformity of temperature field, high consistency and good repeatability;
8. electric heating wire spiral tube heating, easy to replace;
9. the bottom reserved for the new air fill inlet, the top reserved for the exhaust gas discharge port;
10. Silicon carbide bearing plate, good load bearing, mechanical impact resistance;
