Applications
The tube furnace design is available in both open and non-open options, with diverse combinations to meet the requirements of a wide range of laboratory experiments, with high purity quartz tubes as the furnace chamber for high cleanliness. Different vacuums can be obtained, and a variety of process gas control can also be realized. The equipment is exquisite and beautiful in appearance, with good peripheral expandability, suitable for universities and research institutes for experiments.
